How long do I have to wait for my refund?

We will refund you within 10 days after processing your return.

If I would like to return an item, where do I sent it?

Please return your items, including the return form, to the following address:

The cost of return is at your own expense.
We can't accept returns that have been sent to a different address, other than our official returns address.


The item I bought now has a different price. Can I receive a refund?

When the price of an item has changed during a sale period we cannot give you a refund. You can return the item if it is still in stock online. Please contact our customer services team if prices have changed for any other reason. 


Can I swap an item?

You can only return your order and place a new order for your preferred item. We do not accept product swaps.

Can I return an item to your store?

Yes, you can return the item at our Concept Brand Store in Bergen. You cannot return the item at any of our other partner retailers.

Will you notify me when you receive my return?

You will receive a notification when we have processed your return. Please have some patience as it can take several days for your item to reach our return address.
